Burj Al Khalifa

With a height of 828m Burj Al Khalifa, a skyscraper in Dubai, is the tallest man-made structure ever built. It was built between September 2004 and October 2009 and officially opened on 4 January 2010. Originally it was named Burj Dubai, but was renamed to Burj Al Khalifa to honor the UAE President, Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan for his crucial financing support. Burj Al Khalifa consists of 160 habitable floors and 46 maintenance levels in the spire. The building is open for tourists who can access the outdoor observation deck at 442 m for a fee of 100 AED per person.
